Qihoo 360 Technology Co, a Beijing-based Internet company, unveiled its mobile search APP – 360 Mobile Search – on June 3, China Securities Journal reported on Wednesday.
360’s mobile search engine features speed, rich resources and a quick search function.
360 Phone Guardian with 538 million users, 360 Phone Assistant with 400 million users, and other APPs covering mobile browser, video and news are all installed with 360 Mobile Search.
In the field of PC searching, 360 Search Engine accounts for more than 25 percent of the domestic market share, ranking in second place.
The total revenue of China’s mobile search market reached 4.55 billion yuan ($728.5 million) in 2013, a year-on-year increase of 264.1 percent. The market is expected to keep booming for the next few years.
