Jingdong launched its estimated $1.78 billion initial public offering on the NASDAQ, this being China's largest financing amount in the US stock market; at the same time, Jingdong has become the country's e-commerce leader.

According to statistics, Beijing retail sales reached 837.51 billion yuan($134 billion) in 2013, ranking first in the country for six consecutive years.
And online retail sales reached 92.68 billion yuan, an increase of 44.3 percent, accounting for 11.1 percent of the city's retail sales, which contributed 42.4 percent of the total amount of retail sales.
E-commerce has become a bright spot in highlighting Beijing's economic growth rate.
