To still be playing Frederic Francois Chopin's compositions at the age of 80 has been a longtime wish for established Chinese pianist Fou Tsong (pictured). On May 23, he will fulfill his dream at a piano recital by playing Chopin's 12 Etudes op 10. Fou first studied piano with Mario Paci, the Italian founder of the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, and won the special Mazurka Prize at the 1955 International Chopin Piano Competition. He once said that playing the Polish composer's music is his destiny. He will also perform compositions by Mozart at the concert, including Minuet in D Major.
