Scholar sentenced to four years in prison

Xu Zhiyong, a Beijing legal scholar, was sentenced to four years in prison on Sunday for disrupting order in public places, the Beijing No 1 Intermediate People's Court said on Sunday. No details were revealed. It is unclear whether Xu would appeal or not.
