Man confesses to subway offenses

A man has confessed to harassment charges after being found lying under a subway train seat and molesting female passengers, Beijing Public Security Bureau said on Monday. Police arrested the 30-year-old, named only as Zhu, from Chengde in Hebei province, at Dongzhimen station.
