Authorities opened a poll on major news websites on Wednesday soliciting public opinion about three draft plans for holiday arrangements in 2014. The biggest proposed change in the drafts would apply to National Day. Respondents were asked to indicate whether they preferred a three-, five- or seven-day holiday starting Oct 1.
