This year, the China Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Exposition (ICCIE) expects to provide more than 30 cultural and creative activities at smaller venues around the capital, during its grand 5-day event starting Nov 6.
These activities cover everything from performances to exhibitions fort visitors in some art zones and cultural zones of Beijing, such as the Star Theater and Liulichang (colored glaze factory) in the Xicheng district, a famous antiques market, Panjiayuan in the Chaoyang district, and other events in the Dongcheng, Haidian and Daxing districts.
Visitors will have the opportunity to get to know more about Chinese cities through various documentaries, and can enjoy themselves at various festivals, such as a carnival in Happy Valley, the Songzhuang Art Festival in the Tongzhou district and a chrysanthemum festival in the Fengtai district.
Meanwhile, Shunyi will host an international commodities fair at its new China International Exhibition Center.
