Beijing should declare agriculture culture heritages

"Beijing can carry out heritage census, evaluation and declaration work on agriculture culture and try to declare one or two important global agriculture culture heritages as soon as possible. It can encourage the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems Center to settle in Beijing. These will benefit farmers and the country a lot."
