Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co Ltd

Beijing State-Owned Assets Management (BSAM) is a large State-Owned company. It grew out of the Beijing State-Owned Assets Operation Co, founded back in 1992 then merged with the Beijing Overseas Finance and Investment Management Center, in April 2001.

By the end of 2010, BSAM had total assets of 46.8 billion yuan ($7.8 billion) and net assets of 13.3 billion. Its business focuses on the following areas: financial services; hi-tech, modern manufacturing; culture and creativity; urban functional area development; and environmental protection and new energies.
