Project location: The project site is located at Sihe village, Huaxiang county, Fengtai district. As it neighbors the south-western part of the 4th ring road and an essential part of the eastern Fengtai Technological Zone, which has good transportation, and an ideal place for business.

The project would build a business complex, attracting high-end businesses to promote sustainable development in culture, education and environment for southern Beijing.

The project is located at Sihe village, Huaxiang county, Fengtai district, as an essential section of the eastern Fengtai Technological Zone, which borders the east road of Beijing International Automotive Exposition Center, Wuquan road to the south, the west road of Beijing International Automotive Exposition Center to the west and Nangengcun No.1 road to the north. CRCEG (China Railway Construction Engineering Group), China Railway Real Estate Group and China Railway Huasheng Real Estate Development Corporation won the bid. The project would cover 54,400 square meters, with land for construction covering 27,600 square meters, construction areas, 152,000 square meters, and establish seven commercial buildings.
Analysis of return on investment
The project would establish an industry chain where real estate is at the front, while industries such as construction, building materials business, property management would be on the rear. It will contribute to local government revenue; improve sustainable economic development of southern Beijing.
