The project site is located north of Huaifang north road and west of the southern extension of Taiping road. Located on the south central axis line of Beijing, 1500m from Gongyixiqiao overpass in the southern part of the 4th ring road and the neighboring subway line 4, which offers convenient transportation.

Beijing Shengshiyuanda Investment Management Company is the main body of construction. The company is a collective enterprise located in Huaifang village, Nanyuan county, Fengtai district, which is a rural joint-equity enterprise that renovates old villages.
The project envisages an integrated development of culture, technology, education, tourism and business. Covering about 200mu (13.3 ha) of land, and will include an indoor theme park, an idea factory of aviation culture, as well as a childhood education section, along with support facilities such as a distinctive commercial street, green park and parking lots.
Analysis of return on investment
The project would cost around 200 million yuan ($32 million). Direct profits would include sales of commercial properties, house rents, box official income, revenues of transplanted ads for brands, while the indirectly containing invisible income such as potential business opportunities, brand equity, intellectual property and cultural derivative products.

Municipal transportation: The site neighbors subway line 4 and the 4th ring road and can reach roads, railways, and airports around the area. Infrastructure facilities, such as roads and municipal pipes around the area, had been completed. “Seven Connections and One Leveling, which means municipal roads, water supply, electricity, heating, drainage, sewerage, telecommunication and land formation had also been completed.
