Rainbow fish combo hits the mark
Executive chef Jackie Fong of the Fat Duck Chinese Restaurant at Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel is highly recommending a seasonal dish called Rainbow Fish Combo to wish you good fortune in 2012.
Rainbow Fish Combo is a traditional festival dish and popular in Southeast Asia, especially in Singapore. The dish is mixed with a colorful array of ingredients including salmon, flour crisps, crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, cinnamon, pepper and other spices. Rainbow Fish Combo is available only from Jan 16 to Feb 10, 2012. It is priced at 188 yuan per order for both lunch and dinner.
