Xu Deliang graduated from Peking University and became a cross talker. He was a member in Deyunshe which is a well-known group of cross talk in Beijing but left them in 2008. In 2009 Xu went back to the stage and now cross talks with his old partner Wang Wenlin in Haidian Cross Talk Club.
Xu studied cross talk since he was 7. He said cross talk is a hobby for him and has never considered it a way of earning money.
