Chinese state councilor to visit Japan

BEIJING - Chinese State Councilor Yang Jiechi and Head of the Japanese national security council Yachi Shotaro will co-chair the second China-Japan high-level political dialogue, slated for Tuesday to Wednesday in Tokyo.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying told a regular press briefing that Yang had been invited by Yachi.
The first high-level political dialogue was held in July this year in Beijing.
