Egypt's Morsi referred to criminal court

CAIRO - The Egyptian prosecutor-general referred on Wednesday ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi to criminal court, state-run MENA news agency reported.
Prosecutor-General Hesham Barakat also referred a number of leading Muslim Brotherhood figures to criminal court along with Morsi, including the Brotherhood chief Mohamed Badei and his deputies Khairat al-Shater and Mahmoud Ezzat, and former parliament speaker Saad al-Katatni.
