US Secretary of State John Kerry speaks about US-China relations at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington on Tuesday, less than a week before President Obama embarks on a trip to Beijing for the APEC leaders summit and also a one-day visit of China for bilateral talks with top Chinese leaders.
