The three-story villa is the former residence of Cai Yuanpei, the renowned educationist and president of Peking University from 1916 to 1927. The dark wooden frame and the red-tiled sloping roof are so charming that Hong has drawn the house from different angles. The house is open to the public from 9 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesday to Sunday
