China's Internet giant Tencent Holdings Ltd owns half of the country's top 10 mobile applications by monthly active users, according to a report released by Internet consultancy Analysys International.
The report showed that Tencent's popular mobile messaging apps WeChat and QQ ranked No 1 and No 2 in China with monthly active users of 383 million and 316 million in December respectively.
