17 soldiers killed in arsenal explosion in C China

CHANGSHA -- Seventeen service people were killed in an arsenal explosion in Central China's Hunan province on Tuesday afternoon.

The accident occurred at 4:45 pm on Tuesday in Hengyang city in Hunan as soldiers are piling up ammunitions.
