86 trapped at Mount Qomolangma camp amid snow

LHASA - A total of 86 tourists were being trapped on Monday amid heavy snow at the base camp of Mount Qomolangma (Mount Everest), including 13 foreigners, local authorities said.
The tourists were about to go downhill after sightseeing at the base camp, which is 5,200 meters above the sea level, according to the publicity department of Xigaze prefecture.
No casualties have been reported so far. Rescuers are currently clearing way onto the base camp.
