Wu Qiang, a forty-something man, enjoys high recognition in the Didi Private Car circle in Nanjing. He used to be an inspector at Sinopec, a guide and driver in his friend's tour agency, a staff leader at a five-star hotel and he also worked abroad for seven years. The automobile fan eventually became a Didi Private Car driver. He said that the experience from working at the hotel helps him now – he shaves his beard every morning, wears white gloves, and is polite.

Apart from being a Didi Private Car driver, Wu and three friends opened a car rental company which owns more than 400 vehicles and has up to 1,000 drivers working for them. Wu is primarily in charge of the appointment and training of drivers in gradually transforming his role from a driver to a manager.

His company formed a Leifeng (1940-1962, a model soldier for being selfless and modest) Service Team to help those in need, and Wu is assigned to help this professor.
