Girl saved by Good Samaritan

A seven-year-old girl was stuck in the window grill on the third floor of a building, but was saved by a Good Samaritan who helped to prop up her body until the firefighters came.

According to a report by xhw.cn, the girl in Yanji city of Jilin province was alone at home when she became stuck with only her head inside the barriers. Seeing her in danger, a passer-by climbed to the security fence of the second floor and used his hands to support her body. After 20 minutes, the firefighters came and saved the girl. The man then left.

"He was exhausted and seemed unable to hold it any longer when we arrived", said the firefighters.

"I'm really grateful for the man's help in saving my daughter", the girl's mother said.
