Zhu Ting is the captain of Chinese women's volleyball team. The China women's volleyball team is one of the most successful in team sports. They are the first team that swept five major world titles in succession and have been the world champion nine times in total. As the captain of this team, it's no doubt that Zhu Ting is excellent. From 2013 to 2017, Zhu Ting has been awarded more than 20 prizes in international competition and has also been awarded the title Bof MVP more than ten times.

Zhu Ting is 1.98m tall and was born in Henan province in 1994. She came from humble beginnings in a typical peasant family, her parents are both farmers and never played any competitive sports. The reason why Zhu Ting started playing volleyball is because of her height. In 2007, as a 13-year-old girl she was more than 1.7m tall. Her P.E teacher found this unusual girl and recommended her to the sports school. It was in this sports school that Zhu Ting began her professional training and excelled with her ability. Finally she joined the provincial team and national team with her hard work and unremitting efforts. At that time, Zhu Ting's volleyball career started formally and began to achieve more glory.

How is Zhu Ting excellent and important? She is indispensable to the Chinese women's volleyball team, acting as the backbone of the team. Take the July 11th World Female Volleyball Great Prix Competition as an example, when team China was two points down, the coach decided to put Zhu Ting in the match. Once Zhu Ting joined, China turned the table and won. The existence of Zhu Ting reassured teammates and undermined the morale of the opponent.

Members of the China women's volleyball team need to go through hard training every day, Zhu Ting's achievement comes from persistent effort, sweat and tears. There is an old saying in China: a minute on the stage takes ten-year practice. There really is no shortcut to success, and everything Zhu Ting has accomplished is the result hard work over a long period of time.
