Guests included Mr. Boudouin Lamie, administrator of Economic and Financial Affairs Directorate, Ms. Michel Schmiegelow, dean and professor at the Asian Studies Center of Belgium University of Louvain, and Mr. Terry L Cooper, director of civic engagement at the University of Southern California.
