Citizen cloud provides convenience for Wenjiang people

Citizen cloud, an "internet plus" one-stop citizen service platform jointly constructed by multiple departments and enterprises, was officially launched on October 17 in Chengdu.

The citizen cloud provides services covering 10 industries such as traffic, culture and sports, job opportunity, tourism, health care, elderly nursing, environment and legal service.

People can log into the cloud via real-name identity authentication, which can automatically connect to the citizen's social insurance card number, resident health card number and driving license number. Citizens can get one-stop service with only one account via using one platform.

As pilot areas for citizen cloud, Wenjiang also launched their citizen clouds. Wenjiang citizen cloud has three parts including Wenjiang news, community and people's livelihood service.

Wenjiang news releases the whole district's updates, community shows the developments of urban and rural communities, and people's livelihood service offers two functions of living payments and registering for medical treatment, by which people can conveniently pay bills for water, electricity and gas as well as register on line for booking treatments in hospitals.

A direct broadcasting room will be also operated on the cloud to display the progresses of urban and rural communities, the wonderful activities and process of residents participating in the community management.
