Mr Liu's "chuan chuan xiang"

If you visit Chengdu and don't try "chuan chuan xiang", you will miss out on one of the delicacies that embody the essence of Chengdu's cuisine culture. Customers select from a vast range of skewers of meat and vegetables, which are then cooked in a spicy soup. The numbing spice or "ma la" is a signature of Sichuan cuisine.
