Li, head of National Health and Family Planning Commission, used to browse web pages when she was the governor of East China's Anhui province.
She would take her with the questions that internet users left online to ask local officials how to treat with during her inspection trips. In her New Year's delivery, she also took online popular phrases to send best wishes for internet users.
