Han said he spends two to three hours every day surfing the internet for information at late night. Officials will also collect either criticism or appraisals on his work for him to know.

In May last year, Han interacted with grassroots startup entrepreneurs, scholars, researchers, college students and foreigners on three local news sites shobserver.com, kankanews.com, thepaper.cn on their opinion of constructing the city's innovation center.
