With 2014 being the 42nd year of the normalization of Sino-Japan diplomatic relationship, the Beijing Review is excited to provide a new online service. Starting September 29th, the website "Go China123" officially launched its Japanese version. The website provides a new platform to continue developing a relationship between Chinese and Japanese citizens and allow both sides to learn more about each other.

The Japanese version of "Go China123" revolves around topics regarding life in Chinese cities which may appeal to Japanese readers. A variety of topics are covered including tourism, cuisines, entertainment, domestic culture, etc. As well, the columns can be divided into headline articles, special reports, latest news, communication between China and Japan, popular scenic spots, the beauty in China, life in Beijing, Japanese in China, among many other options.

These days, with the rapid development of the reform and opening-up policy, along with the growing economy, the number of foreigners in China is increasing. However, some of them may face many difficulties such as their living arrangements, their work, touring around the city and just life in general when they arrive in China. Due to their lack of resources in their mother tongue, some foreigners will find it tougher to understand the information they may be looking for.

"Go China 123" is a comprehensive and multi-language service platform to meet the need of foreigners. The website focuses on key words such as navigation, service, information of China and multi-language. At the same time, the target audiences are the foreigners, meaning the website will cater its information and links to make living in China more convenient for them.

Beijing Review will also soon provide different language versions such as English, German and French, etc. and continue to improve the quality of the service, which is intended to meet the needs of all foreigners in China.
