British air show pays tribute to Battle of Britain

The Red Arrows, Britain's RAF Aerobatic Team, also showed up during the event with astonishing air displaying.

The event, which is held in Glouscestershire, England from July 17 to July 19, has attracted tens of thousands of visitors every day. During a 7.5-hour flying display, fast jets, giant transporters and historic aircraft performed skilled maneuvers and rare flypasts.

The theme this year is "Securing the Skies - Past, Present and Future," featuring aircraft that have protected their nations in combat, intelligence, airlifting and humanitarian roles.
