Two shot on Florida State University campus

Two people were shot at the Florida State University campus in Tallahassee, an official at the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare hospital said on Thursday.

"We have two victims from a shooting that happened on the Florida State University campus," said a nursing supervisor, who declined to provide additional detail on the condition of the victims.

Florida State University said in an alert that a "dangerous situation" was occurring at the campus and urged people to seek shelter and remain indoors.
