SEOUL - The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Thursday fired two more short-range projectiles after launching three projectiles earlier in the day, Yonhap News Agency and YTN reported citing the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).

The DPRK fired two more projectiles, presumed to be launched from the 300mm-caliber multiple-rocket launchers, at 12:56 am and 1:05 pm local time after launching three projectiles in the morning.

The two projectiles, which flew around 200 km, were believed to be fired from the DPRK's eastern Wonsan Area, where the earlier three projectiles were launched, into a northeasterly direction.
