TEHRAN - Iran's state-run satellite Press TV reported on Thursday that Iran will reveal some documents on US anti-Tehran terror plot allegations.
Iran's chief nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili will reveal the US anti-Iran terror plot allegations on Friday, the report said without giving further details.
In October, the United States said that Manssor Arbabsiar, a 56- year-old US citizen holding both Iranian and US passports, and Gholam Shakouri, a member of Iran's IRGC's Qods Force, were charged with sponsoring and promoting terrorist activities abroad, including a plot to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to the United States. Arbabsiar was arrested by US authorities, while Shakuri remains in Iran.
The high-profile accusations have brought fresh tensions to relations between the two arch-foes, with Iran fiercely denying such charges.
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei said Wednesday that "we have one hundred undeniable documents (which proves) that the US government is behind terrorist attacks in Iran and the region."
Khamenei said that Tehran will reveal those documents to "disgrace US government."
