Obama shakes hands with Cuban president Castro

JOHANNESBURG - US President Barack Obama shook hands with his Cuban counterpart Raul Castro while attending the memorial service for former South African President Nelson Mandela on Tuesday.
This came after small steps taken by the two sides recently toward rapprochement.
