The 12th China tourism development forum, Beijing Dialogue, was held in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, on Oct 27.
Sponsored by the Zhejiang tourism bureau and the Beijing International Studies University, the forum focused on China's Belt and Road initiative and attracted more than 300 officials, experts and business representatives, who offered suggestions on China's tourism development for the 2016-2020 period.
Exploring cooperation opportunities between government, academic institutes and business was a highlight of the event.
