Jing'an Shangri-La
Weight: 5-6 kg (for 6-8 people) / 8-9 kg (for 10-12 people)
Price: 988 yuan/1,288 yuan (net price)
What's good about it: Chefs at the Jing'an Shangri-La believe that "a perfectly roasted turkey should be made in a simple and classic way." Seasoned with salt and pepper, basted with turkey stock and drippings, the turkey is roasted at 160 degrees Celsius for approximately four hours with the internal core temperature of the turkey breast reaching 80 degrees Celsius. The flavors will stand out especially with the cranberry jam and giblet sauce served together. The bird is stuffed with chicken liver, dark raisins and chestnuts.
Available: until Dec 26 (two days in advance reservation is required)
