CILPS 2014, the 9th China International Luxury Property and House Furnishing Show is taking place in Shanghai from Sept 19 to 21.
CILPS will present ways to purchase property overseas and mark the opening of a consulting service that focuses on overseas real estate projects (apartment, villa and commercial property). This is supplemented by an immigration consultancy, (investment business immigration, immigration agencies, overseas education consulting) and related supporting services (law firms, banks, financial agencies and international investment consulting firms).
Also showcased are high-grade properties and real estate investment opportunities from China and abroad, and luxury customized home furnishings. According to a survey by an Australian foreign investment committee, over the past year 5.9 billion yuan ($0.96 billion) was invested by Chinese buyers into the Australian property market. Sydney is the most attractive city for Chinese real estate investors.
