Man hurts butt after toilet crushes

Users of public toilet might learn a good lesson from one man's injury in a toilet accident in Hefei, East China's Anhui province, reported anhuinews.com on Friday.

The man visited the restroom while he was waiting for a flight at Xinqiao Airport on Thursday. A few minutes later, his companion received a call asking for help. The man was found lying on the bathroom floor with his buttocks bleeding and the toilet crushed to pieces.

According to a staff member of the airport, the man squatted on the toilet instead of sitting on it – as many Chinese would do when there is no squatting pan's available – which proved to be to heavy for the toilet to bear.

The man was sent to hospital for treatment but still made his flight.
