Extreme jaywalking at the Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai
Jay-walking is both illegal and alarmingly dangerous, but no one expected something this extreme to happen at the Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai.
A Formula 1 fan ran across an active race track where vehicles were speeding at more than 300 kilometers an hour, Xinmin evening post reported.
"I want to try a car. I have a ticket," shouted the man before entering a Ferrari's garage, according to the report.
He was apprehended by security and handed over to the police.
