Border troops make instant frozen dumplings

Border officers and soldiers treated about a hundred visitors with a big dumpling feast in Heihe, in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, chinanews.com reported.

Calling the extreme cold outside "an instant freezer", which is more environmentally friendly than fridges, the soldiers put the dumplings they made on the ground outside.
