Online pants purchase turned gold mine
A woman bought overalls online but was surprised to receive twenty gold necklaces instead in Lvshun, Liaoning province, reported Liaoning TV on Monday.
According to the shopper, her overall cost about 100 yuan and the information on the parcel stated it contained pants, but she found necklaces in it. The necklaces are worth more than 30,000 yuan ($5,000) based on the shipping receipt.
The vender, when contacted, said they did pack the pants into the parcel rather than gold necklaces. The confused woman called the express company and they said they may have placed the information on the wrong parcel. The necklaces were returned to their owner in the end.
