Demolished building threatens lives of waiting passengers
A building on the verge of collapse as a result of demolition in Foshan, South China's Guangdong province, is now proving to be a safety hazard for local residents who use a nearby bus stop, Southern Metropolis Daily reported on Tuesday.
No warnings were put up prior to the demolition. A construction worker at the site said tearing down of the building went "according to the process" and turned a blind eye to the safety of the passengers nearby.
The report quoted a staff at the public transport company as saying that the company was not aware of the situation and would deal with it afterwards.
