7. 'Tourism plus' strategy

To make full use of the driving and integration functions of tourism and to provide a platform for the development of associated industries and sectors, the "tourism plus Internet" action plan is proposed to generate in the coming five years 1 trillion yuan in demand dividends, 1 trillion yuan in market dividends and 1 trillion yuan in value-added dividends.

The development of tourism aims to promote modern urbanization and industrialization, Internet and IT applications, and agricultural modernization and ecological development.
