The Guangdong Olympic Tennis Centre comprises a 9,534-seat main court, a 1,845-seat secondary court and 13 other standard courts as well as subsidiary buildings.
 
It will host Tennis events of the Games.

The Guangzhou Shotgun Centre is 90km from Guangzhou's city centre and 2km from the Baishuizhai Scenic Spot in Zengcheng, covering an area of 95,200 m2. During the Asian Games, it will host six Trap events in front of 3,000 spectators.
 
The Guangzhou Asian Games will use 53 competition venues and 17 independent training venues, among which 58 are renovated and 12 are newly built.
 
Most venues cluster at five areas: the Guangdong Olympic Sports Centre, Tianhe Sports Centre, Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Centre, Asian Games Town and the neighbouring area of the Garden Hotel (the Headquarters Hotel of the 16th Asian Games).
