Terminal 1:

Location: The only inquiry center in T1 is located in the center of the Check-in Hall in Building B.

Service: Provides guidance regarding directions and service facilities in the waiting hall. The center also provides flight information, airport transportation information, airline information, catering and shopping information.

Terminal 2:

Location: Inquiry centers in T2 are located in the 3F Departure Check-In Hall and 1F Arrival Hall. For the convenience of passengers, there are inquiry centers for Shanghai Airlines and China Eastern Airlines at the M2 Departure Hall.
