JC Decaux Momentum Shanghai Airport Advertising is a cooperative company jointly established by Shanghai Airport Advertising, JC Decaux Pearl & Dean Outdoor Advertising (later renamed Jaime Depailler Advertising), and Shanghai Momentum Media Advertising (later renamed Momentum Media International) in 2005.

The company has executed a 15-year exclusive advertisement operation and management contract with Shanghai Airport Authority and enjoys exclusive development and operation rights over all indoor and outdoor media of Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport.

In addition, it has expanded its media operation network to Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport and Qingdao Liuting International Airport.
