This is an urgent problem to solve. I mean even if I live in a big city, flooding is still common to see around when raining season arrives. Government is putting great emphasis in infrastructure, but it shouldn't be limited to the transportation part. Problem like this must be taken care of, otherwise more accidents would occur and more people will suffer.
