I've been using chopsticks for 45 years. It's a habit I just got into when I first went to Asia when I was 18. In Thailand I use them - and everyone else is using a spoon and fork... and I eat just as fast as they do. I often take my own chopsticks with me when I eat out. I do occasionally use a knife fork and spoon, but I guess I will mostly use my handy dandy chopsticks till I die. OH! Easier to wash too!
