I've been using chopsticks for about as long as I can remember. The only thing I can't do with my chopsticks that the Chinese can (that I've seen) is put together and fold up a little pancake of Beijing kaoya (or, if you're in the US, moo shu chicken). I don't get how they fold it using just the chopsticks...
