Being one of the fasted economic growth centers in the world, China is seeing an increasing number of returnees.
“Those who are going abroad to study are most talented and some of them are rich second generation, they are required to go back home to run the family business, “said Zhu Yanmin, President of JJL Overseas Education.
Statistics provided by JJL Overseas Education shows that increasing numbers of Chinese students are going abroad to study at an early age.
Zhu added that compared to previous years, the number of high school students who prepare to go aboard is rising, which accounts for 20 percent his company’s customers; with university students and post-graduated students each accounting for 40 percent.
“Turning back the clock to several years ago, students who were going abroad for graduate schools were becoming the main force of our market, which was gradually replaced by students who seek higher education overseas. Now, overseas high school education has been a growing trend for high school and middle school students,” said Zhu.
